Why am I seeing "Updated policies"?
For everyone
Because 360Loads published a new version of its Terms of Service or Privacy Policy since you last agreed. The screen appears once, before your next page, and explains itself: "We've published a new version of the documents you agreed to. Please read them and accept to keep using 360Loads."
What to do
- Open Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from the "Read before you accept" list — each shows its version date.
- Click I agree — continue to carry on to the page you were heading to.
If you'd rather not
The screen offers the honest alternatives: Your data ("Download everything we hold, or close your account") and Log out.
"Your earlier acceptances are kept exactly as they were. Accepting adds a new record; it never replaces the old one." Every acceptance you've ever made is listed on the Your data screen.
