How to log in
For everyone
Everyone signs in on the same screen — the sign-in page says it itself: "Drivers, companies, and staff all sign in here — you'll land in the right place."
- Go to the Sign in page. Opening 360Loads while signed out lands you there.
- Enter your Email.
- Enter your Password.
- Click Log in.
What happens next
You land on your home: professionals on their profession's Home, company owners on their Company dashboard. If 360Loads updated its policies since your last visit, an Updated policies screen asks you to read and accept them first.
Common problems
- "Email or password is incorrect." — the screen deliberately doesn't say which one. Retype both; if it keeps failing, use Get a reset link.
- "Enter a valid email address." / "Enter your password." — a field is empty or the email is mistyped. Your entries stay on the form.
- Wrong language? The Language picker sits at the bottom of the sign-in screen: English, العربية, Español.
