How to create an account

For everyone

One account works for drivers and companies — you pick what you're here for after signing up, and you can add the other role later.

1. Open the Sign in page and click Create an account.
2. Enter your Full name.
3. Enter your Email. This is the address you'll sign in with.
4. Choose a Password — at least 8 characters.
5. Tick "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy". You can read both from the links on that line.
6. Click Create account.

360Loads never shares your phone number or exact address — the signup screen says so, and the rest of the app holds to it.

What happens next

You land on the Verify your account screen. Confirm your email there, and then choose whether you're looking for work or hiring.

Common problems

• Leaving a field empty shows "Check the highlighted fields and try again. Your entries are still on the form." — nothing you typed is lost.
• "Use at least 8 characters." means the password is too short.
• "Accept the terms and privacy policy to continue." means the agreement box is not ticked yet.
