How to reset your password
For everyone
If you forgot your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in screen.
- Go to the Sign in page.
- Click Get a reset link under the form.
- Enter the email you sign in with.
- Click Send the link.
- Check your email inbox and open the link.
- On the Choose a new password screen, enter your new password twice — at least 8 characters — and click Save the new password.
Saving signs out every device on this account — including the one you're on — so you'll sign in again with the new password.
What happens next
You land on the Sign in page with the note "Password updated. Sign in with the new one — every device was signed out." Sign in with the new password; the old one stops working the moment you save.
Common problems
- The link is sent only if the email belongs to an account, and the screen answers the same way either way. If no email arrives after a few minutes, check your spam folder and check you typed the address you signed up with. You can ask again from the same screen.
- The link works for one hour, and only once. Asking again retires the older link — always open the newest email.
- "This link no longer works" means the link expired, was already used, was replaced by a newer one, or was copied incompletely. Click Ask for a new link on that screen.
