Download your data

For everyone

Everything 360Loads holds about you is downloadable, any time.

1. Open Settings → Your account and click Download & delete under "Your data".
2. Under "Export", the row reads "Download my data — Your profile, messages and records, as JSON — see /privacy for the exact contents."
3. Click Download.

What you get

One JSON file — machine-readable text you can open in any editor. It contains your account details, your professional profiles, your conversations, your introduction requests, your consents (every policy version you accepted, with dates), your notifications, blocks you set, and reports you made.

Also on this screen

The "Policies accepted" line lists every terms/privacy version you ever agreed to — acceptances are kept, never replaced. And below the export lives the separate, much bigger door: closing your account.
