How messaging works

For everyone

One rule explains everything about 360Loads messaging, and the Messages screen states it plainly: "Every conversation here started with an accepted introduction."

• There is no cold messaging. A conversation exists only after a professional's request or a company's invitation was accepted by the other side.
• When an introduction is accepted, both sides land in a fresh thread — "Introduction accepted — say hello."
• Every new thread carries the ground rules: "Keep it professional; either side can close, block, or report at any time."
• Contact details stay in-app: phone numbers, emails, and street addresses are never shown by the platform. What you choose to type is up to you.

What happens next

Threads live in Messages, newest activity first, with unread counts on the sidebar and tab bar.
