Understand your dashboard

For companies

The Company dashboard greets you with your company's name and puts the four working doors up top: Post an opportunity, Find talent, Requests, and Messages (with its unread count).

• "Best matches for your roles" shows candidate cards per profession — Drivers, Dispatchers, Accountants, Safety Managers — each with an abbreviated name, years, city, and match percentage.
• "For you today" is your digest: cards like "CANDIDATES — 4 drivers fit your roles."
• Until your company is verified, a banner explains what's locked: "Your company isn't verified yet — Verification unlocks talent search, invitations, and the trusted badge professionals filter by."

What happens next

Everything is a door: candidate cards open the talent view, the digest opens its subject, and the banner opens Verification.
