Handle introduction requests
For companies
When a professional requests an introduction, it lands in Requests under "Waiting on you."
- Open Requests from the sidebar — the badge shows how many wait.
- Read the card: an abbreviated name ("Terry B."), when they asked, their profession, and their message if they wrote one.
- Click See what they shared to review their profile view first. It shows exactly the sections they chose — and names what they held back ("Not shared — Pay expectation, Work history"). "Phone numbers, emails, and street addresses are never shown."
- Choose Accept or Decline.
"Accepting opens a conversation. Contact details stay in-app." And: "Names show in full only after an introduction is accepted."
What happens next
Accepting drops you straight into the fresh conversation — "Introduction accepted — say hello" — with their full name now showing. The professional is notified. Your history below "Waiting on you" keeps every past request and sent invitation with its status.
When it's empty
"No pending requests — New requests from professionals land here."
