Search for talent
For companies
Find talent searches every discoverable professional, "sorted by fit to your company profile." It's a verified-company feature.
- Open Find talent from the sidebar.
- Pick the profession tab: Drivers, Dispatchers, Accounting, or Safety.
- Filter as needed — Location (home state); The work (driver type: owner operators or company drivers; wanted route type; solo or team; equipment experience); Experience (dedicated account experience like Amazon or Walmart; endorsements like Hazmat (H) or Tanker (N); minimum years).
- Click Apply filters.
Reading the results
Candidates appear with an abbreviated name ("Marcus J."), their years, equipment, and city — full names show only after an introduction is accepted. Click a card for the full profile view and the Invite to connect box.
Common problems
- "Talent search unlocks after verification" — submit your DOT/MC details for review first.
- A candidate who vanished from results has usually paused their discovery — profiles control their own visibility, and pausing takes effect immediately.
