For companies

Verification is the company side's one gate: "A person on the 360Loads team reviews your DOT/MC records." Until it's done, talent search and invitations stay locked, because professionals share their profiles with verified companies only.

1. Open Verification from the sidebar.
2. Under "Submit for review", enter your DOT number and/or MC number — "Provide at least one identifier."
3. Enter the Contact person and Their role.
4. Optionally add "Anything the reviewer should know?" — "Seen only by the 360Loads review team — never public."
5. Click Submit for verification.

What happens next

A person reviews your records against the public FMCSA registry. Once approved, your status reads Verified company, the screen shows "Verified on ⁨date⁩. Valid until ⁨date⁩ — we'll remind you to renew," and your history keeps each submission and the reviewer's note.

"The verified badge — and driver search — exist only while an approval is current. Approvals last 12 months."

Common problems

• Find talent saying "Talent search unlocks after verification" means exactly that — submit your identifiers and wait for the review.
