Invite a professional
For companies
Found someone in talent search? Their profile view carries the door: "No introduction yet — invite them to connect."
- Open the professional's card from Find talent.
- In the "Invite to connect" box, read the terms: "The professional decides whether to accept and what to share. They see your company profile and verification status with your invitation."
- Add a Message (optional) — a line about the role helps.
- Click Send invitation.
What happens next
"✓ Invitation sent. They decide what to share if they accept." The profile header flips to Pending ("You invited them just now"), and your plan meter ticks — invitations count against your monthly allowance ("Invitations this month 1 / 15").
If they accept, a conversation opens for both of you and you see their full professional profile. If they decline, the invitation ends there.
Common problems
- "Why can't I invite more people?" — you've reached the month's allowance for your plan tier, or you're on the free Listed plan, which includes no invitations. The plan screen shows your meter.
