Status dictionary
For everyone
Every status 360Loads shows, in one place.
Introductions and invitations
- Pending — sent, waiting on the other side. Yours to Withdraw (requests) while it waits.
- Accepted — both sides said yes; the conversation is open and full names show.
Listings (company side)
- Draft — saved, invisible to professionals, waiting on Publish.
- Published — live in matching professionals' Jobs lists.
- Paused — hidden for now; Republish restores it.
- Closed — done; can be archived.
- Archived listings leave the list entirely. The chain, as the screen puts it: "Draft → published → paused/closed → archived. Drivers only ever see published listings."
Discovery (professional profiles)
- Discoverable / Live — verified companies can find this profile in search.
- Paused — hidden from all company search until resumed.
Companies
- Verified — a person on the 360Loads team reviewed the DOT/MC records; approvals last 12 months. Cards show "Verified · reviewed month year".
- Not verified — talent search and invitations stay locked; the badge is absent.
Conversations
- Closed — ended by a close or a block; readable, but takes no new messages.
Matching
- Strong match / Good match — how well a listing or company fits your profile, with the reasons listed under it.
- Verified on your sign-in email row — the address confirmed its link.
