Manage your listings
For companies
Every listing lives on one line of the Opportunities screen with its facts, when it was last updated, its status, and the actions that status allows. The lifecycle, as the screen itself puts it: "Draft → published → paused/closed → archived. Drivers only ever see published listings."
What each status offers
- Draft — Edit · Publish · Archive. Invisible to drivers.
- Published — Edit · Pause · Close. Live in drivers' Jobs lists.
- Paused — Edit · Republish · Close. Hidden from drivers the moment you pause; Republish puts it back.
- Closed — Edit · Archive.
- Archiving removes the row from the list entirely.
Step by step
- Open Opportunities from the sidebar.
- Find the listing and click the action you need — each acts immediately and confirms ("✓ Opportunity paused.").
What happens next
Visibility follows status instantly: pausing a role removes it from professionals' Jobs lists at once, republishing restores it. Closing a filled role frees a slot in your plan's published-roles allowance.
Common problems
- "My listing isn't visible to drivers" — check its status. Only Published shows; a draft you forgot to publish or a paused role is invisible however good it looks in your list.
