Post an opportunity
For companies
Roles are posted through a guided template — "Structured facts first — they power search and matching. Drivers see it only once you publish."
- Open Opportunities and click + New opportunity.
- Pick who the role is for: Driver, Dispatcher, Accountant, or Safety Manager.
- 01 The role — Title, Route type (OTR, Regional, Local, Dedicated), Crew (Solo, Team, Open to either), Home time.
- 02 Equipment & cargo — tick the equipment; optionally the cargo.
- 03 Pay — pick the Pay structure (Per mile, Per week, Per hour, Percent of load, Salary) and the range. Mind the units: "Per-mile pay in cents (65 = $0.65/mi); others in dollars. Honest ranges outperform vague ones."
- 04 Where you hire — tick your hiring states (there's a search box to find them fast).
- 05 Requirements — minimum experience years and required endorsements, if any.
- 06 Describe the role — the free-text part drivers actually read.
- Finish with Save as draft or Publish now.
What happens next
A draft waits invisibly — "Drivers only ever see published listings." Publishing puts it in front of matching professionals immediately; it appears in their Jobs list with your company's badges and its match reasons. Published roles count against your plan's allowance ("Published roles 2 / 3" on the plan screen).
Common problems
- Entered 55–60 meaning dollars-per-mile? Per-mile is in cents — 55 renders as $0.55/mi, which is what a driver will see.
