Requests holds both directions of interest in one place.

Company invitations

Requests that came TO you. When it's empty: "No pending invitations — Verified companies can invite you while your profile is discoverable." An invitation card shows the company, when they invited you, their message, and their Verified badge, with Accept, Decline, and Report.

Your requests

Requests you sent. Each row shows the company, when you sent it, and its status:

• Pending — waiting on the company. You can Withdraw it.
• Accepted — the company said yes; Open conversation appears.

The footer states the rule that governs all of it: "Messaging opens only after both sides say yes."

What happens next

An acceptance arrives as a notification ("Introduction accepted — you can now message ⁨the company⁩") and the conversation opens in Messages.
