What's never shared

• "360Loads never shares your phone number or exact address." (signup)
• "Never shared: your phone number, email, street address, or documents." (introduction requests)
• "Phone numbers, emails, and street addresses are never shown. Conversations happen on 360Loads." (talent views)
• "Your email is how you sign in, and nobody else on 360Loads ever sees it." (email settings)

Names come in stages

"Companies see your first name and last initial until you accept an introduction — your full name only after that."

Location stays broad

"Home area — city and state only, never a street address." The profile builder doesn't even have a field for one.

You choose every share

Introduction requests share only the sections you tick — pay expectation and work history start unticked — and the company's view names what you held back, so silence never implies more.

Visibility is yours

Pause discovery per profile, or hide a profile from one specific company — "They aren't told, and can't see or invite you."

Even the analytics are careful

The home screen's momentum footnote: "Momentum counts how many introductions a company drew this week — never who they were with."

And your data is yours

Download everything as JSON any time; close your account and it's destroyed after the 30-day window, with the retentions listed plainly on the close screen and in /privacy.
