What companies see about you

For drivers & professionals

The rules are few, and the app holds to every one of them.

Before an introduction is accepted

Companies searching talent see a card: your first name and last initial ("Marcus J."), your headline, and your profile facts — never your contact details.
On an introduction request, they see exactly the sections you ticked, and the request screen lists what they'll never see: "Never shared: your phone number, email, street address, or documents."
The company's view even names what you held back — a "Not shared" line (for example "Pay expectation, Work history") — so nothing is implied to exist beyond what you chose.

Your full name is revealed — "Names show in full only after an introduction is accepted."
A conversation opens in Messages. "Phone numbers, emails, and street addresses are never shown. Conversations happen on 360Loads." Whatever you choose to type in a conversation is your choice.

Your home area is city and state only — the profile never asks for a street address.
Photos are optional; without one, companies see your initials.
Discovery is switchable per profile, and you can hide a profile from a specific company entirely — "They aren't told, and can't see or invite you."
