Why can't I message a company or driver?
For everyone
Because messaging on 360Loads never starts cold. "Messaging opens only after both sides say yes" — a conversation exists only once an introduction request or invitation has been accepted.
To open a conversation
- Professionals: request an introduction from the company's profile or a job listing, and wait for their accept.
- Companies: accept a professional's request from Requests, or send an invitation from talent search and wait for their accept.
If you WERE messaging and now can't
A thread that says "This conversation is closed" takes no new messages — one side closed or blocked it. A closed thread does not reopen; a fresh introduction is the way back.
Expected result
The moment an introduction is accepted, the conversation appears in Messages for both sides — "Introduction accepted — say hello."
