Ten minutes puts the essentials in place. Pick your track.

Looking for work

1. Finish your profile — the three-step builder takes a few minutes, and step 1 alone is enough to see matching companies.
2. Open Home. Your matches, this week's most active companies, and anything waiting on you all land here.
3. Open Jobs. Each listing shows why it matches you — route, equipment, home time — and honest reasons when it doesn't.
4. Found one? Open it and click Request introduction about this role. You choose exactly which profile sections the company sees; your phone number, email, street address, and documents are never shared.
5. Watch Requests for the answer — messaging opens only after both sides say yes.

Hiring

1. Open Verification and submit your DOT/MC details. A person on the 360Loads team reviews them; verification unlocks talent search, invitations, and the trusted badge.
2. Open Company profile and fill in what drivers see. Your phone number stays members-only.
3. Click Post an opportunity. The guided template's structured facts power search and matching, and drivers see the role only once you publish.
4. Watch Requests — new requests from professionals land there, and accepting one opens a conversation.
