Create your company
For companies
Chose I'm hiring? Company setup starts with the legal details — as the screen puts it, "Legal details first — they anchor verification. You'll complete the public profile and submit for review from your dashboard."
- Enter your Legal business name.
- Enter your Operating name — "The name drivers will see."
- Enter your DOT number and/or MC number — needed for verification, and you can add them later.
- Enter your Headquarters city and Headquarters state.
- Click Create company.
What happens next
You land on your Company dashboard with "Company created. Complete your profile and submit verification to unlock driver search." A banner explains the one thing standing between you and candidates: "Your company isn't verified yet — Verification unlocks talent search, invitations, and the trusted badge professionals filter by."
Your status starts as Verification: Not verified, plan: Listed (free). From the dashboard, the usual first three moves are:
- Open Verification and submit your DOT/MC details for review.
- Open Company profile and fill in what drivers see.
- Open Post an opportunity when you're ready to publish a role.
Common problems
- Find talent shows "Talent search unlocks after verification" until a person on the 360Loads team approves your DOT/MC records — professionals share their profiles with verified companies only.
- The free Listed plan includes 1 role, 1 seat, and no invitations; the plan screen lists what each paid tier adds.
