Home greets you by name and gathers everything matched to your profile.

• Four quick tiles up top: Find work, Messages (with your unread count), Requests, and My profile.
• "Hottest companies this week" shows the companies drawing the most attention, each with its city and your match percentage. See all opens the full list. The footnote is a promise: "Momentum counts how many introductions a company drew this week — never who they were with."
• "For you today" is your digest: cards like "REQUEST · WAITING ON YOU" when a company wants to meet you (with a Respond button), and "NEW MATCH" job cards with pay and a View job link.
