Change or cancel your plan

For companies

Both doors live on the Your plan screen.

Changing plans

  1. Open Your plan and pick the tier you're considering.
  2. The change screen shows "what each plan would mean for ⁨your company⁩ as it is today" — and it's specific. A downgrade names its costs before you agree, for example: "One of your 2 live job posts stops being seen by drivers. Kept, not deleted — the newest one stays up." An upgrade says "More room. Anything held back comes back at once."
  3. Click Continue on Stripe — "Nothing changes until you confirm on Stripe's page. Stripe takes the payment and works out what you owe for the rest of this period."

"Nothing here is deleted. Moving back up brings everything back with no repair step." A downgrade hides things; it never destroys them.

Cancelling

  1. On Your plan, open "Leaving — Cancel your plan. Three steps, and nothing is deleted."
  2. The screen shows what you have and your paid-through date, then asks one question about why — "it genuinely changes what gets built next." The answer "goes to 360Loads only. It is never shown to drivers."
  3. Continue to confirm.

"Cancelling ends the paying. It does not close your account or remove your company — that is Settings → Your data." Cancelling a plan and closing an account are different doors on purpose.

What happens next

After a downgrade or cancellation you keep the free Listed tier's allowances; your extra listings and history wait, hidden but intact, for whenever you move back up.
