Change your sign-in email
For everyone
Your email is how you sign in — and, as the screen notes, "nobody else on 360Loads ever sees it."
- Open Settings → Your account and click the Sign-in email row. It shows your current address with its Verified badge.
- Under "Change it", enter the New email address.
- Enter your Current password — "Changing it asks for your password" is deliberate protection.
- Click Change email.
"You'll need to verify the new address before you can use the app again — and you'll sign in with it from now on." Make sure the new address is one you can actually open.
What happens next
A fresh verification link goes to the new address. Verify it, then sign in with the new email from then on.
Common problems
- Double-check the new address before clicking Change email — a typo means the verification email lands somewhere you can't reach. If that's already happened, contact support.
