360Loads

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-04

Please read this first

This is a draft. It was written by reading the 360Loads software itself and describing what it actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

It must be reviewed and approved by a qualified legal professional before launch. Nothing here is legal advice, to you or to anyone else.

Plain language is deliberate. If a sentence here is unclear, that is our failure, not yours — ask us and we will rewrite it.

Who we are, and what this is

The legal entity that operates 360Loads is [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER]. In this document, "we" and "us" mean that entity, and "you" means the person using 360Loads.

360Loads is an introduction platform. Professionals — drivers, dispatchers, accountants, safety managers — put up a profile. Trucking companies put up a company profile and open roles. The two sides find each other and, if both agree, start a conversation.

What 360Loads is not

We are not your employer. We do not hire you, we do not pay you, we do not schedule you, and we do not manage your work.

We are not a broker. We do not arrange freight, we do not tender loads, and we take no part in what is hauled or what it pays.

We are not a staffing agency or a recruiter. We are not paid a placement fee for you, we do not represent you to a company, and we do not negotiate on your behalf.

We are not a party to anything you agree with a company. Pay, benefits, home time, equipment, start date, the lease on a truck, an independent-contractor agreement — all of that is between you and them. If it goes wrong, it goes wrong between you and them.

We do not guarantee work

Putting up a profile does not guarantee that a company will contact you. Being contacted does not guarantee an offer. An offer does not guarantee the job lasts. Nothing in 360Loads is a promise of employment, of income, or of a particular kind of work.

The same is true in the other direction. Listing a role does not guarantee any professional will apply, respond, accept, or show up.

What "verified" actually means

Some companies show a Verified badge. Here is exactly what stands behind it, because the badge is worth nothing if people believe it means more than it does.

To get it, someone who owns or manages the company account submits:

  • a DOT number or an MC number (at least one is required), and
  • the name and role of a real contact person at the company, and
  • optionally a note.

A member of our team then reviews that submission by hand and approves or rejects it. Nothing is approved automatically. An approval is good for one year and then expires; the badge stops showing when it does, and it also stops showing if the company is suspended.

What the badge is not:

  • It is not a background check — of the company or of anyone at it.
  • It is not an endorsement of the company's safety record. We do not audit CSA scores, inspections, crash history or maintenance.
  • It is not a promise about pay, home time, equipment, or how you will be treated.
  • It is not a check of the company's finances, its insurance, or its authority status beyond the identifiers above.

A company in the directory that has never signed up — one we listed from public FMCSA records — never shows the badge at all.

Verification is also what unlocks the company side of the product: only a company with an approved, unexpired verification can search for professionals or invite one to connect. An unverified company can still be found and can still receive introduction requests.

Judge a company yourself. Look up its DOT number in the public FMCSA records, talk to drivers who have worked there, and ask hard questions before you move your life.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. If you lose it, use the reset link on the sign-in screen; resetting signs out every device.

If a member of our team created an account for you from a list, that account is invisible to companies and cannot be signed in to until you accept the invitation and set your own password. Until you do, you have agreed to nothing and nobody can find you.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Your data. What that removes and what it keeps is set out in the Privacy Policy — read that part before you press the button.

Acceptable use

Use 360Loads honestly. Specifically, do not:

  • lie about who you are, impersonate anyone, or set up an account for a company you have no authority over;
  • post a role, a pay figure, or a company description that is misleading;
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or discriminate against them;
  • use 360Loads to advertise, to recruit for a third party, or to send bulk messages;
  • scrape, copy or resell the directory, the profiles, or anything else here;
  • try to break, overload or work around the security of the site, or to reach data that is not yours;
  • ask a professional for money in exchange for work.

Any signed-in member can report a profile, a company, a role or a conversation. Reports go to our team, who may act on them, and the person who filed the report is told when it has been reviewed.

Suspension and ending your access

We may suspend or remove an account or a company that breaks these rules, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unsafe, or where the law requires it. A suspension signs the account out everywhere and stops it signing back in. A suspended company loses its verification badge and its listing.

If it happens to you, the sign-in screen will tell you the account is suspended and ask you to contact us. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and say so — we will look again.

You can stop using 360Loads whenever you like.

Paid plans

360Loads has plans for companies. A plan can set how many invitations a company may send in a month, how many roles it may publish, how many people may be on its team, whether it may search for professionals, and what reporting it gets.

As this version is published, charging is switched off. While it is off, every company gets full access regardless of the plan it is on. There is also no payment processing built into 360Loads — no card details are collected anywhere, by any screen, and none can be. If that changes, prices and terms will be shown to companies before anything is charged, and this document will be updated first.

Professionals never pay. There is no paid plan for a driver, dispatcher, accountant or safety manager, and no feature on that side of 360Loads sits behind a price.

Your content

What you write stays yours — your profile, your work history, your messages, your company description. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people the product is designed to show it to, in the way the Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell it.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

The service itself

We work to keep 360Loads available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change. Parts of it may be switched off.

360Loads is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what is written here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for anything that happens between you and a company you met here — an offer withdrawn, pay that fell short, a job that ended, or a working relationship that went badly.
  • We are not liable for what another user writes, claims, or does.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses: lost earnings, lost opportunities, lost time or lost data.

Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Note for the review this document is waiting on: a qualified reviewer should set the liability cap and confirm this section against the law that applies.

The law that applies

Governing law, and the courts that decide any dispute about 360Loads: [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER].

Changes to these terms

Every version of this document has a date, and old versions stay in our source history exactly as they were. We record which version you accepted and when; you can see that list in Settings → Your data.
