My profile is the working version of what companies can see about you — and everything on it is editable, any time.
Your photo
One photo per profession — your other professions keep their own. Companies see it wherever the profile appears, including search; many people upload their truck instead of a face. Up to 8 MB — JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF. Until you add one, companies see your initials. You can remove it anytime.
Editing
- Open My profile from the sidebar.
- Click Edit profile details — it reopens the same three-step builder you created the profile with, so you can change any fact.
- Save the step you changed.
Edits appear to companies immediately — there is no review delay. A sharper headline or an updated home area is live the moment you save it.
The completeness meter
The profile shows how complete it is ("Complete your profile — 69%") and names the next thing worth adding. Complete profiles get faster responses.
Common problems
- Fixing a typo a company might have already seen? Edit and save — the company's view of your profile updates immediately, connected or not.
- Wanting different facts shown to different companies isn't a profile setting — WHICH sections a company sees is chosen per introduction, when you send or accept one.
